Atty Pidgeon explains how there is already enough probable cause to warrant investigations and indictment against 0bama for high treason under the Logan Act.

"The Logan Act is a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments. It was passed in 1799 and last amended in 1994. Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable under federal law with imprisonment of up to three years.

Pidgeon suggests there is probable cause against Obama under the Logan Act based on a charge that Obama was “negotiating” with Al Qaeda by offering to withdraw from Iraq and Afghanistan if Al Qaeda would agree to a ceasefire and that Obama made that offer illegally as a candidate.
