My hunch is that Clinton has his mind on a third term for the Presidency: He will run on the top of the ticket, with Zer0 on the bottom. Biden can work for Hillary in the State Department.
Like him or hate him, Clinton is a pro and knows a rank amateur when he sees one. He is being called in to repair a Humpty Dumpty situation and knows the little man in the big chair is the root of the problem. Being Clinton, he wants everyone to know that he knows that.

Didn’t watch it all because I can stand Obama, let alone the Bent one. However I have never seen anything like this in my entire adult life. A sitting President having to get a disgraced, impeached, low-life sex addict to stand in for him and try to bolster the current President’s status and deal making. If it wasn’t so sad and disgraceful, it would be a laugh.
Obama has truly tarnished and diminished the high office of President of the United States.
Obama truly is UNQUALIFIED for the office.
