WHI: Of course that is what she is saying. That’s what any politician says. Nobody is supposed to look like they want to run for president until they are actually runnin’ for president.
I’ll say this for certain – absolutely certain here…yes, the Clintons want in. They want the White House back. The other thing I know is that the Obama people have known this for some time. They offered her the VP spot – Clinton let them hang out there a bit then turned them down. Since then the White House has shifted into a more attack mode. They are gonna take her on. Gonna cut her off at the knees if they can. Not sure how, but that is the tone coming from the Obama people now. We gotta eliminate the Hillary threat.

I believe that FReepers can draw their own conclusions as to the veracity or simple entertainment value of the UM/WHI reports.
Bob Woodward reported that an offer of the VP spot was made to Hillary two days after UM/WHI said that Obama was attempting to neutralize a Hillary 2012 run by offering her the 2012 VP spot.
This is UM/WHI's most incontrovertible "hit" to date, IMO. While lots of folks have speculated that this might occur at some point, UM/WHI put it out there as a current event in the WH and then Woodward confirmed it.
Since then every reporter who has interviewed Hillary has asked her about a 2012 run and she has been disingenuously coy about having no ambition what-so-ever to be president (Ha!).
Note how Obama been silent on the Wikileaks scandal and forced Hillary out front to take the "blame". But she actually comes off as much more of a realist regarding our Russian and Chinese enemies in contrast to Obama's unilateral disarmament policy taken from "Dreams from my 1983 ban-the-bomb article".

Triangulation, of course. The beginning was his support of the extension of the Bush tax cuts (royally pissing off his lib. base). The second event was his screaming “merry Christmass” 3 times at the White House tree lighting ceremony last night.
We will see his slight of hand, moving himself slowly to the center and portraying his administration as centrist. He will bring in some new centrists to represent his administration while the old left guard is hustled out the back door.
Let’s hope the public is smart enough to deny him a second term.
As noted, Bubba and Obambi have meeting at WH today with “appropriately private” agenda — private even from WH staff and advisors!

I said on another thread that today’s meeting is the “here’s how I save your butt and how you make Hillary President” talk from Bubba to Barack.
Hillary doesn’t want to run for the nomination again. She doesn’t want to spend the money, flip pancakes in Iowa, or deal with scooping poop up after Obambi.
If she can become VP and run from the WH, that would work for her, I think.
I would love to be a fly on the wall. I imagine Odumba$$ wants to know what to do with this tax thing. Or maybe Willy says to O, you got your 4 years, now it’s Hilary’s turn or else. (wishful thinking) :)
Concerning the Wikileaks:
Isn’t this 0bama’s MO? To use sealed documents to take out his opponents? Isn’t that what he did during his state senate run? Isn’t that what he did to Jack Ryan - he had Mr. Ryan’s SEALED divorce documents opened and aired the dirty laundry in his divorce, prompting him to drop out of the race and Alan Keyes stepped in?
That’s why he isn’t saying much about these leaks because it puts the State Dept. under the gun and St. Hillary is running that Dept. This was deliberate to make sure Hillary doesn’t try to run against him.
But I am a firm believer in the Law of Sowing and Reaping (or “Karma is a {bleep}!”) and payback is going to be very cruel to this man.

Regarding Michelle’s racism.
Last July Barry was on The View and when talking about race relations,
he slipped and clearly implied that Mooch
didn’t like white folks.
I first heard the clip on Laura Ingraham who thought this would be big news, as did I ,
but it didn’t go anywhere.
Barry stumbled and stuttered after realizing that he outed Mooch.

Well if that story about Michelle is true then the “insider” just gave himself away. I am skeptical.
I remember a story in one of the Hillary books where she was approached by a supporter who gave her a pair of Arkansas Razorback earrings (IIRC). Afterwards, Hillary turned to her companion and said something such as, “See, the kind of **** I have to put up with out here.”
However. According to the recounting, Hillary had been nice to the person’s face, which is at least something.

Sorry no surprise to me.Mrs Obama just screams new money.I used to work in a resort area where many of the upper crust old money families went in the summer.You could always tell who had the most because they were the ones who were really nice and you could not tell by looking that they were wealthy.When we had screaming demanding people we all used to just roll our eyes and say “new money” to each other meaning no class and very out of place.

In the last national election, she gave her all and was defeated... defeated, largely, by the same underhand and less than regular tactics she and her ‘husband’ know so well and practiced with such consistent success... up to that point.
She knows by now that it will take more than her all. It will take, besides her so-called ‘skills’, a surgically orchestrated and strictly timed return to the DNC candidacy circus.
This is a period of uniquely unparalleled national and global challenges. There is next to no likelihood that these will be resolved any time soon. Evita can address all this in a way clearly demonstrating her to superior advantage over “O”… who is BY NOW and FINALLY, a KNOWN quantity. (BTW-known to be inferior). To be absolutely honest about it, almost ANYONE the DNC would field could perform better.
Her properly stage managed ‘return’ will convince most Liberals that events/consequences of events playing out right up to and including the day she announces her candidacy, DEMAND her nomination over “O”.
I’d be surprised if it worked out differently. She will most certainly not accept a VP spot with this proven load of s&^%! His merely suggesting such a thing means HE needs HER and not the other way around.
