Any author in the world would kill to be in second place on the New York Times bestseller list, including every one you've ever heard of. I agree completely. We all know the NYT is a fever-swamp of liberalism, that is no surprise, but to people who don’t inhabit the world of authors and publishers, it would be not all all apparent to those people the lever pulling that goes on to promote some books and blackball others, not just at the NYT, but throughout the liberal media.

A great example of that mechanism is the excellent book by Gary Aldrich “Unlimited Access” about life as an FBI security specialist working in the Clinton White House.
