President Palin will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate, individually, all 90,000 claiments. Those who are found to have submitted false claims and recieved cash will be prosecuted. All trials will take place in Alaska, Wyomgin and North Dakota, where the chance of jury nullification are low. The guilty will surrender their ill-gotten gains, and accept felony convictions, making them unable to vote. Justice will have been done.
Why wait until then? We should go ahead and do it during the Mitch Daniels administration.
