It is doubtful Jindal is a citizen.he was conceived in India...his parents were not citizens when he was born in the US. If there are doubts is a citizen..he cannot possibly be a natural born citizen.

The 14th Amendment gives Jindal citizenship..if his parents were not citizens of India.

A natural born citizen is limited to the descendants of the original citizens after the ratification of the Constitution.

Stop trying to corrupt our laws to fit your agenda.
