e sold them dual use chemicals and equipment. We did not sell them a single chemical weapon . They turned the chemicals, such as fertilizer and other stuff into the chemical weapons. The US was not a top arms seller to the Iraqis ad most of the chemicals that wet to the manufacturer of chemical weapons came from France ad Germany iirc.
