If a woman agrees to have sex with you, "only if you wear a condom" and you proceed to have said sex without a condom, how exactly is that not "sexual intercourse without consent"?

Sounds like "rape" to me.

Or do you believe that once a woman says "yes" that "anything goes" regardless of any preconditions she may have stated?

If she said yes and then in the middle said stop and he continued he would be charged with "rape" regardless of the fact that she initially consented.

So explain to me how "having intercourse with a woman" without a condom AFTER she had expressed her desire that he use a condom is NOT having sex with her against her will?

"Somehow, what happened doesn’t quite sound like “rape” to me, at least as I’ve been led to understand the term in America. Then again, I don’t live in Sweden. But after reading literally thousands of online forum comments about the case, many of them appearing to be from bona fide Swedes, I realize those blond bastards define rape as broadly as our fair galaxy. Everything is rape to them.
