Here is audio of Karl Rove talking to Laura Ingraham where he blasted Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee for their recent comments characterizing the Bushes (George H.W. and Barbara) as elitists, and bluebloods. Palin used the term bluebloods after Barbara Bush said in an interview she hopes Palin stays in Alaska.
Rove was asked what he thought about Palins and Huckabees remarks, and he flatly said it was unnecessary. Rove said Barbara Bush is entitled to her opinion and she deserves respect. According to Rove, Palin would have been far better off to simply say she loves the former First Lady and move on.
Laura Ingraham came to Palins defense, telling Rove that the point of Palins remark is that the elitists dont want Palin to run.

Rove forgets to mention what Barbara said about Palin.
Exactly. I would not have a problem with Rove if he kept his criticisms of party members to the defense of W. That would be proper. But when this guy goes after Tea Party types and any others who are genuinely critical of the inside the beltway crowd, he is way off base.
Rove is now the official defender of the DC Cocktail Circuit elitist GOP crowd. Who in the world thinks that’s something to preserve unless it is your only remaining vestige of power.
The site is switching to wordpress tomorrow and will phase it in this weekend.
I'd let that switch take place and then start participating. Everyone over there recognizes the current system is unworkable and inhibits participation. Wordpress should be much more friendly.
Finally back, onyx. Sorry I missed all the fun today...LOL.
Good point, I’m going to wait.
Not much fun today without you!
Miss a day, miss a lot around this place. No way I can get through all that's been posted here today.
An interesting article I didn't see posted here (I may have missed it) from PJ Media: Will Palin Run? She Already Is
The really intersting thing is that Rebecca Mansour tweeted about this article: "This guy gets it".
When she says something like that, I really perk up. Rebecca is as deep inside Team Palin as you can get.
The King Rino is melting down. He knows this elitist “we are smarter than everyone”) game they have been playing with the socialists/global elite is going to bite him and his pals in the ass.
Will Palin Run? She Already Is
SarahFanUK sent the tweet to me in FR mail. Thrilling!!!
I notice Rove tired to claim that every GOP candidate in 2012 would run as a “Bush Republican” because of Bush’s policies in the WOT and because of the “Bush tax cuts”.
I posted this vanity to debunk the notion that Bush actually did anything more than return a portion of the Reagan tax cut, which his father and Clinton swiped.

The Republicans party even in Deleware is generally conservative.
Running a 75% liberal such as Castle in the Deleware Republican primary is completely stupid.
I know everybody is piling on every little thing but he didn’t say anything that was outragous. I tend to stand up for my friends too. We uphold free speech and then go wild when someone speaks!
Sarah will do her own thing, ignore Rove, who listens to him anyway?
Most conservatives don't hate Barbara Bush, Karl. We just hate YOU.
Will someone not rid us of this meddlesome Rove person?
SHE BAD MOUTHED PALIN.
INGRAHAM ASKED PALIN’S OPINION BUSH PATRIARCH’S CHOICE AND BUSH MATRIARCH’S SNARK.
PALIN GAVE AN HONEST AND NOT PLASTIC VIEW: BLUE BLOOD ON ATTACK MODE.
TOKYO ROVE CONCLUDED IT AS “WHINING”.
PALIN DIDN’T WHINE. PALIN ATTACKED!
IT’S TOKYO ROVE WHO IS WHINING THAT PALIN ATTACKED HIS KING AND QUEEN.
As for Huck, it’s obvious that he’s whining that “he didn’t have good ivy league diploma”. Huck’s main problem: FRAMING HIS IDEA.
So, Tokyo Rove, what do you really want?
A ha, you want Palin (and for that matter, Huck) to just keep silent while YOUR GRAND PLAN OF DESTROYING THEM BEFORE THE PRIMARY ARE OPERATING IN FULL SPEED?
Gosh, Good for Palin!
On wiki you can take it back to G W Bush’s Great, Great, Great, Great Grandfather who was a young man during the Revolution. His Great, Great, Great Grandfather was an abolitionist who tried to get NY to secede over slavery, then went to California as a 49’er. His Great, Great Grandfather was an Episcopal priest, which in New Jersey, where he lived, made him definitely in the upper crust.
‘He is more of an elitist than the Bush family’
Generally courtiers are bigger snobs then the aristocrats themselves.
