The Logan's Warning blog does not have to be excerpted.
The only reason I can think that one would excerpt an article that is not on FR's excerpt list is to drive traffic to his blog.
The only other reason is if the article is too long, and that does not appear to be the case here.
No, it doesn't have to be. But where are the rules or guidelines in the bloggers section stating what is preferred or acceptable?
Why the disparity in who is attacked here and who is not?
Like I've said before, I understand those bloggers who only post a link and never come back to FR to participate in the thread HERE.
