You are obviously unfamiliar with blog pimping. Blog pimps really don't give a damn if how many people visit a thread on FR, they are only interested in people clicking the link to the blog (hence the excerpt after a dozen words or so).

The problem with the blog pimps is that they actually harm the bloggers out there who actually have something to say and can do it without claiming that copywritten material that belongs to someone else is their own.
