Yep, that is what is behind this sudden eruption of Sarah bashing---the GOP grand poo-bahs have organized and are coordinating a nasty public relations campaign (complete with an online component) to try and separate Sarah from her supporters and to preempt any potential presidential campaign.

They are too cowardly to do their own dirty work, so they are using surrogates like Scarborough, Noonan, Parker, and Rollins for the hatchet work.

And taking a few pages out of the Rat's Alinsky playbook, they are also using online operatives to infiltrate Conservative and Republican websites, posting subversive comments as "seminar" posters and/or "concern" trolls.

The GOP poo-bahs consider Sarah more of a threat than Obama, and are perfectly willing to burn the Republican Party to the ground in order to undermine her.

It's both infuriating and pathetic!
