That was meant as a chuckle. Here’s a story that seemingly starts as a tribute to a Chicago area, and turns into a story about its garbage.
And where there’s garbage, there are rats. In the Rush St., State St. and Division St. area, commonly known as the Viagra Triangle, the rats (not the political ones) are especially big. It probably doean’t help when there are so many restaurants and clubs, as well as their over-filled dumpsters, in one little area.
I grew up in Wisconsin, yet we’d head down to Rush St. on Saturday. We’d return early Sunday morning and have breakfast back in town. Rush Up, Rush Over, and other sites I can’t recall any longer were the ones...
Haven’t been back in that area in decades (except for a visit to Wunders Cemetery some years ago). I’m sure it’s changed quite a bit...
