Hi Jeff, I was thinking about you today and the fact that I had not seen you around for a while. The reason you came to mind is because my husband is suffering some severe lower back/hip pain and will be getting an MRI. The doctor feels sure it is a pinched nerve, I hope she is right. I hope you are doing well, your pictures look great and so do you. We live in Houston and if it should turn out to be what you had I’ll be calling for some doctors names. Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.

Ditter, you and your husband will be in our pryers. it is very unlikely that it will be a chordoma...there's only like one in two million...but that does not mean it is not some other form of bone or other cancer. Getting an MRI...even multiple ones (because it took them two years to find mine after multiple MRIs), is th best thing to do. I pray it is only a pinched nerve.

I will say this...if it is cancer...you are in one of the best places on earth to be treated. The Medical Center, and MD Anderson in particular...is the best place you can imiagine, at least it was for us. And you are blessed to already be there.
