The terminology contained within the reported memo is indeed troubling. It labels any person who interferes with TSA airport security screening procedure protocol and operations by actively objecting to the established screening process, including but not limited to the anticipated national opt-out day as a domestic extremist. The label is then broadened to include any person, group or alternative media source that actively objects to, causes others to object to, supports and/or elicits support for anyone who engages in such travel disruptions at U.S. airports in response to the enhanced security procedures.

Of course you are right that this information is not verified. However, the author does explain why he cannot post the memo:
“The dissemination of the document itself is restricted by virtue of its classification, which prohibits any manner of public release. While the document cannot be posted or published, the more salient points are revealed here.”
Do you know anything about this?

For information on forming a Secret Grand Jury to investigate crimes go here:

I have a hard time getting behind the idea that anybody should be able to convene their own citizen's grand jury and perform a citizen's arrest of the POTUS. Because if he could do that, then democrats wouldn't have hesitated to do the same to Bush.
If you didn't have other checks and balances, it would be different. But you do, the fact that those other checks and balances have failed in a spectacular fashion this election is still not a reason to support the citizen arrest of the President.
You have had a spineless Congress who failed to investigate. You've had a spineless supreme court that has "evaded the question". You had republican VP Cheney failing to ask the electoral college for objections. You've had corrupt lower judges that have bended to pressure. You've had state attorney Generals unwilling to look into the issue. You've had state election officials unwilling to demand credentials. You've had a failure of both congress and all 50 state legislatures to actually put a credential check process into law. You've had Hawaii evading their responsibility to come totally clean on the President's credentials.
The checks and balances are there except for a codified credential check. I don't see the justification to resurrect a colonial grand jury system and allow citizen arrests of public officials.

Get your fact straight, DannyTN.
Leo Haffey was NOT involved with any “citizens arrests” and NEVER advocated that anyone make ill-advised “citizens arrests.”

In case they are reading this:
Obama, you are skinny little jug-eared idiot.
Janet, you are a big fat hideous bull dyke.
John Pistole, you are a dweeb who looks like he wants to stick his hands down the pants of strangers.
Domestic extremist checking in...
PING!
Welcome to the club.
Ok, I guess he was just supporting someone who tried to make a citizen arrest off of a private grand jury.
But the man has two neighbors claiming he swerved vehicles in their direction. And apparently his wife got a restraining order against him. Could they be trumped up charges? Sure. But it’s beyond my ability to sort out.
