That post did not even make sense, you are siding with current liberal Romney/Giuliani pro-homosexual agenda types, not people that left Romney years ago and now support the conservatives.
I was. During 2007, I thought he might be someone I could support if I had to, and defended him as well as other candidates when I thought they were being unfairly attacked (unfair attacks aren’t just for Palin).
Fred Thompson was my preferred candidate, since Hunter wasn’t going anywhere and Voldemort wasn’t well-liked here. But once it was clear Thompson was out, and it looked like McCain might win, He-Who_Shall-Not-Be-Named was my “choice” of the group, since all my other candidates were out.
I take some solace in the fact that I was joined not only by a large number of Freepers (one of the last polls ever allowed here), but also Rush Limbaugh.
On the other hand, there are some who apparently don’t understand the concept of “choose one from the list”, even though many of them voted for McCain in the general election, and some of them actually supported Scott Brown.
I haven’t supported him since McCain won the primary in 2008, and frankly was turned off by his insistance that the Mass. health care law actually works. But I was pretty good arguing against the more silly attacks, and a lot of people are too lazy to defend their positions, so they like to use name-calling as a cheap substitute for reasoned discussion.
As I said, it’s like having your own little pack of stalkers.
Now you’ve done it. Nothing makes my stalkers more livid than normal freepers actually noting their proclivities. They like to lash out.
We should form a support group. :-)
What’s really funny is that I like Sarah Palin, and I’ve challenged them repeatedly to find all these posts where I’ve attacked her.
I do go after some Palin supporters, mostly when they try to deny Palin her views because those views aren’t what they like.
