The Brits are taking the wrong approach with these guys ~ they should join the Saudis in encouraging the Moslem students to PRACTICE THE TECHNIQUE ON EACH OTHER!
Yes, that's the ticket ~ when they finally get out of their schools they'll be missing both a hand and a foot!

On the plus side, at least they now know how to amputate their appendages should get their arm stuck while hiking out west, as one American hiker did several years ago.
However, from what I understand, sharp pointy things (a.k.a. knives) are nearly banned in the UK.
