A convicted sex offender who was expected to move back to Orange County after serving time for kidnapping and violently assaulting two young girls 27 years ago was arrested on a parole violation Wednesday, less than an hour after being released from Chino State Prison.

They probably released him on speculation that he, and every other criminal with the last name of Brown was related to Jerry Brown, so doing so would curry favor with the new governor.
