Mara Liasson, the national political correspondent for National Public Radio, appeared on Fox News Sunday and compared Nancy Pelosi to Winston Churchill.
She said, “Nancy Pelosi did two things for which she will go down in history; she was an incredibly effective Majority Leader- and speaker- when there was an opposition president, she helped make a majority, and when she was in the majority she was the hammer that got through President Obama’s agenda and sent it to the Senate. However, that is a completely different role from what she wants to do now for which, I think, she’s kind of like Winston Churchill.”

I heard/saw some thing about Liasson deathly afraid of being “Juaned” out of NPR, and really went out of her way to pander to the moonbats in charge at NPR.

On those two points, how could one not agree? However, if she starts comparing Churchill and Pelosi on ideology of what’s best for their respective countries, Churchill wins hands down.

I was watching when this was said and I just could not stop laughing. I thought no more like Stalin. He was and still is beloved by communist ideologues. Pelosi saw nothing wrong in putting people in jail who refused to buy insurance. Stalin?
