Drive a stake in the heart of this vampire entitlement legislative monstrosity. NO COMPROMISE. Starve it, repeal it, kill it and do not replace it.

Then a personal suggestion-Go after the real parasites, of which many reside in congress, i.e. tort attorneys and the trial bar.

I also read something about how the statehouses being taken over by republicans can make it so that them passing laws to protect their citizens from Obamacare can also be used to attack it on a second front. All the dems need to do to make themselves irrevelent for the next 40+ years is to re elect Pelosi to show the public that they did not get the message!

This needs a multi-prong approach: Fighting it in public opinion, in the State Houses, in the Courts, and in Congress.

Yes. That is one way to kill it a two pronged attack. Starve the beast in the House at the federal level and the states attack it on constitutional grounds at the state level. If I remember correctly, a judge ruled in Fla. that the AG who are suing the ACA due to its unconstitutional mandate can proceed with the suit.

I have also heard that states are considering election referundums that would make such federal mandates null and void as it applies to their state residents.

The republicans should tag these non-appropriations to EPA funding and dare Obama to veto it.

Yes I am too. Congress, which doesn’t have a clue about how businesses are run, doesn’t consider the hidden cost of such ridiculous and unnecessary burdens and the associated costs of time, manpower, paper work, etc... As a friend said its Six Sigma process improvement in reverse. Goes against efficiency and best practices in business. Most government legislation does.

The fools Bernie got were by and large big dems and big Obama supporters including con artists and Holocaust pimp Elie Weisel. He has received criticism from other Jews have protrayed Elie as a con artist like Bernie.

Even Bernie loathed many who he scammed. Elie had a bogus “foundation” designed to pay no takes on investment gains. This was common in those who got scammed by Bernie. This is how many libs get rich. They avoid paying taxes.

It must be repealed.

Withholding funds merely delays implementation until the Democrats get back in control.
