It theoretically works for the Congressional Committees which means IT WORKS FOR THE PARTY THAT CONTROLS CONGRESS (in this case the Progressive controlled Democratic Party). Every report they issue (on the request of COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN who want them), it is slanted to the ideology of the committee in charge because lawyers are partisan. 90% of them on this project are liberal. Having read the memo linked, can someone explain to me how the explanation given differs from the truth? The only questionable item seems to be his refusal to show his long-form, but according the the memo, what he provided (COLB) legally suffices. Is there anything else? I’d like a better understanding if it can be summarized, thanks.
