To: Lonesome in Massachussets

The poll worker asked for MY ID since my signature is “squiggly”

This is the FIrST time that’s ever happened to me yet they told me that’s a common practice.

I don’t mind showing my ID if it’s a RULE FOR EVERY VOTER!!

Gawd NY is hopeless!!

I grew up in NYC and now live in a town of 5,000, which is roughly half the area as Manhattan (pop: 2,000,000). We have one percinct and one polling place. Odds are someone at the polling place will know you.

In Masschusetts you do not need to show ID unless you are on the “inactive voter” list, meaning you haven’t voted in two years. Man, I hate New York. I even hated it when I lived there.
