I was finally Confirmed in the Catholic Church this weekend...(long story on why it didn’t happen sooner as a kid, I am 36 now). Anyway, the church appears to be more liberal than ever Priest and Bishop wise...but..you could get a sense when the Bishop was addressing some issues lightly with regards to the Islamic faith...that they are indeed on alert and Christ will win this one in the end.

I see you've never met our Founder. The tragic, criminal loss that we suffer today is consoled by the fact that these martyrs (genuine martyrs), are enjoying eternal bliss. So the winners and losers are not what they appear to be from our earthly perspective.
