In the Roman Law a child born to a Roman citizen and a foreigner was deemed spurious. 19th century American dictionary..the word Genuine..real, natural, not spurious. The words natural born citizen sure does indicate born to citizen parents.

Furthermore, Soros gave to the Tides Foundation who have also funded Media Matter to the tune of $2 million dollars over the last 5 years.
