It clearly shows Andrew Cuomo admitting he sued banks to force them to make bad loans, all in the name of 'affirmative action' lending

The flip side is that the banks were then accused of taking adbantage of those same minorities who borrowed the money the banks were forced to lend them.
Once race interferes with the free market, entrepreneurs flee. This idea that every company has to “carry” useless tokens so they can pretend to be assimilated is absurd, costly, and now that companies are closing up, finished. To simply award damages to people because they are “under-represented” is very different than proving actual discrimination; the not-so-veiled threat of lawsuits has distorted the workplace into a joke.
