I’m still convinced that this is Greg Craig talking here, he is the only insider I can think of who would have this much access, and be that supportive of Hillary Clinton at the same time.

Did he just start working for another campaign? In the article, the source declines to identify which one but says "it's a campaign that has already received significant national attention".

I’m not sure what he’s up to these days, but I’ve read all of the pieces that have been presented so far, and my gut tells me it has to be GC or somebody like him.

Whomever it is has an enormous axe to grind against this administration.

I’m thinking James Carville. The style seems classic Carville and I can see Carville actually being a centrist who sees the threat of the Obamites and is in the Hillary orbit.
