I got a feeling if they tried to use a conscripted national security force against the people most of those guns would be pointed back at them.
The militia has been defined as able bodied men 18-45 since the Constituton was written.
I know you’ve told me some of this before and I have no doubt it all happened. I would imagine the majority of the blacks who enlisted were high school drop outs, very uneducated and not trained for much of anything.

He would do this because it facilitates universal compulsory public service (would not be a military “deployment” but to soup kitchens) which the base wants real bad.

Maybe Obama is waking up to the fact that FDR, the patron saint of Democrats, dropped the unemployment of the 1930’s by drafting 14 million men into the armed forces. It worked like a charm, the Dems have been singing “”Happy Days Are Here Again” ever since.
And the war did not end the depression. Life on the homefront was awful, and after the war, employment began to rise rapidly again...then came the midterm election of 1946 and steep reductions in tax rates. THAT is what ended the depression.
(All the auto manufacturers had retooled before the end of 1945 to make cars, yet how often have you seen an old 1946 Chevy, or Ford, or Anything? The fact is, the economy was so bad, NOBODY could afford to buy cars and therefore almost none were actually built).

So this Bloody Kenyan wishes to have control over every male of age that can contribute, before reaching the earliest age of retirement, for the old financial or medical years. Worse - during WWII - at Jackson - a certain enthnic group decided they were not going to go abroad and fight for the USA - They grabbed automatic weapons (.30 Browning) and turned them on the officers, training cadre, and loyal troops -
