According to a recent interview, Clint Eastwood who is promoting his new movie Hereafter has revealed that he is not a fan of President Barrack Obama. In his interview with CBSN News, Eastwood stated that he thought that Obama was doing everything that he could to stay in power, but that he was not really governing. The interview was supposed to be for Eastwood to plug his latest movie, Hereafter but it quickly turned into a political conversation.
Two years ago, Eastwood said that he had supported Republican John McCain. However, he has also supported Democrat Gray Davis, so hes not stuck with one party.
Unfortunately for Eastwood, his views that he announced to the world do not reflect the views of the majority. However, compared to other celebrities who do not support Obama, Eastwoods comments and actions are mild. Kelsey Grammer has just launched RightNetwork, and Jon Vight has visited and spoken at a lot of Tea Party rallies.
Eastwood has received a lot of back lash for his negative views on Obamas work as President of The United States. Maybe not to his face, or even directly to him, put the internet forums for political fanatics are inundated with comments on the subject. There are thousands of people who are willing to challenge his views. However, there are also many people who are willing to stand by Eastwood. With the mid term elections coming up in just eleven days there are going to be many more people sharing their views on the various political parties.
If Fabian means the majority in Hollywood, he's probably correct. If he means the majority of Americans, he's smoking something besides tobacco.
Exactly. Eastwood needs the approbation of the Hollyweird fruitcakes like I need hemorrhoids.
Somebody needs to send boy Fabian a copy of Barry’s latest popularity polls. Eastwood DOES reflect the views of the majority.
You’re right - I suspect Americans support Clint Eastwood... Here’s something you might enjoy 2ndDivision - and it’s only 2 minutes long:

Dirty Harry kicks the Messiah’s butt.
So what internet forums is this guy talking about ? DU, Kos , Huffington ? Sheesh...
I always love this sort of approach to validating what is supposed to be truth. Just because “a lot” of people think something is true does not make it true.
I believe all non-Christians are wrong in their belief or non-belief in God. That means about 3 billion+ people are wrong.
I'm fine with that.
Hey Fabian,
GET OFF MY LAWN!
: )
Dirty Harry hates punks...
Clint is the man. Too bad not many left like him in Hollywood.
especially if they feel lucky....btw the black actor on the receiving end of that famous speech Albert Popwell reappeared in bit roles in the other Dirty Harry movies. One of those insider jokes you see in movies.
Unfortunately for you, you have no idea what's coming for you. You better hope it happens Nov 2, otherwise you'll like it even less.
I’m glad you liked it... and you’re right - it’s partial - but the journey’s been started.
The word “journey” had been in my mind as I wrote.
“A man’s got to know his limitations.”
Fabian writes as well as Obama governs.
