When he ran for the first time in Illinois, for State Senate, he ran for “The New Party”. New what, you say? New Socialists.
I discovered that when I first researched him. People didn’t seem to want to believe it. Don’t know if it’s been scrubbed as has so much about him.

Yeah, pretty much every mention of him and the New Party that was on the web was scrubbed right after it began to be publicized. Luckily, some canny FReepers saved screenshots so we’ve got the evidence for all time :)
