Thanks Doc, it's a great help, I can now zot the socialist activist judges and retain the fewer constructionist ones.
Still unsure about Prop 22.

I have received conflicting reports on the judges.
One site rates them low on the conservative scale, and recommends “no.”
Another site says they supported Prop 8 as constitutional, and recommends “yes.”
Any thoughts?

This thread is as good as any....we're two weeks away from the election, and nobody around my 'hood has gotten their sample ballots yet -- and these are the ones that tell you where your precinct will vote.
I'm getting goosey.

Thanks for the McClintock link. I have been looking for it. He has the right attitude, the right philosophy, and he has been in California politics long enough to know both the unintended consequences and the intended damage to our way life hidden in these propositions. I could do a lot worse than following his recommendations without further researching the issues. Not that I won't.
Just for grins I think I will compare his recommendations with the ones my wife gets from the CTA. Probably 100% opposite.

Judge Voter Guide
http://www.judgevoterguide.com/#san-francisco-county
does not recommend the Supreme Court nominees
vs. the one McClintock linked to in an email I got, which recommended that they be confirmed because the supported Prop 8.
Any insights would be helpful.
