If the device is both not as effective and more dangerous than available alternatives, as it seems has been demonstrated, I would not agree that it should be marketed, so long as you accept the regulation of medical treatments.

What offends me is not so much that Frank Pallone sold us out. Of course he sold us out. Pallone is a snake... We all knew that.
What offends me is that Frank Pallone sold us out so cheap. The amount of money he got out of this deal won’t cover a fifth of the cost of one botched procedure caused by his reckless actions.
It is sociopathic.

Congressman Frank Pallone and Steve Rothman...hmm - any relation to the Rothman Institute which does (highly overrated in my opinion) knee replacements, among others, out of Jefferson University in Philly and in south Jersey, I wonder........
