No one is accusing her of murder, but she does seem to be covering for someone else. There's only one way two people can keep a secret, so the truth will come out in this case. She has no lawyer other than maybe a media rep. If she did she wouldn't be giving interviews, with shifting facts and claims. She's flip-flopping which is a red flag.
She's a freaking human. She's going to be inconsistant, stupid, and not let her lawyer talk. It's her first brush with the 'justice system'. She'll learn.
