Even if he was a Christian he did not say he did it for Christianity. He said he did it to avenge the government murders at the David Koresh(sp?)compound. He did it because of his fear that the US government was becoming tyrannical to it's citizens.

There was such pandemonium that I couldn’t hear what was being yelled but others from time to time have always brought up McVeigh as an example. I sure don’t remember any stories about a church affiliation for him but they don’t care - throw it out there anyway. The times that I’ve heard it - no one has ever been corrected so they get away with it.
