Curious that the only non-South American leaders he mentioned were David Cameron of UK (Somewhat Conservative) and Bibi Netanyahu of Israel (the latter may be leftover praise related to Israel's rapid response to the earthquake).

I read that Israel sent alot of medical equipment, and an Israeli Doctor was in charge of the triage.
