From 78% dumber-than-a-bag-of-hammers to 51% dumber-than-a-bag-of-hammers... I guess that’s improvement... of sorts.
You would think all those Jews (of which I am one, by the way) would put their stereotypical Big Brains to use and be 0% dumber-than-a-bag-of-hammers.
But I guess that’s asking too much. (Proving once again that stereotypes are usually wrong.)
