Try to imagine freepers posting something like this to a Republican who has run vicious, demonstrably false ads against an opponent over and over again, ads so bad that Rush Limbaugh went out of his way to condemn them like MSNBC went out of their way to condemn Grayson's ads.

I just got an envelope in the mail today to subscribe to the Nation. It is so crude and nasty. I’ve never seen conservatives insulting like this, unless you count Michael Savage. The outside of the ad starts with calling me a teabagger.
The inside calls me a right wing nut and talks about the “Bush smirk”. (I can never figure out how they can’t see Obama is such an incredible egotist - his nose is always in the air and he mentions himself thirty times in every speech, while Bush was obviously a very humble man.)
But you know, the funny thing, the whole two page advertisement - I don’t think they mentioned Obama at all. Is that telling, or what? Just that Bush is gone. Hmmmmmm...

I always like to refer to Grayson as Alan "Dick" Grayson (aka "Robbin'").
