The donor disclosure issue revved up by President Barack Obama and the Democratic National Committee last week took center stage at Wisconsin's senatorial debate tonight between Democratic incumbent Senator Russ Feingold and his Republican challenger, Ron Johnson. But instead of the Obama/DNC one-sided attacks at rallies with pre-screened attendees and in advertisements, Senator Feingold's feigned outrage was met with a swift and decisive response.

The standard response to the baseless charges should not be denounciation, but rather “Yeah, like MoveOn.org and the foreigner, George Soros (born Schwartz György, but changed to evade the Nazis)”.
Took a 100 mile jaunt through the countryside north of here yesterday o see about getting my car repaired. If signs are significant predictors, Johnson (and Walker) signs outnumber Feingold & Barrett signs at least 15 to 1. And the numbers are even worse when you consider that every property with a Feingold sign had TWO Feingold signs. It’s like they cannot find enough homes for them all.
Of course this is Republican country.
