LOL...You must not be a child of the 60’s-70’s. To blow someone’s mind is to open it - to expand it.

Thanks for expanding my mind. ;)

Gandhi believed in Ahism - a term meaning to do no harm (literally: the avoidance of violence - himsa).

Tyrants love that kind of suicidal sheep attitude.

And for what it's worth, I think Beck is very close to going face-first into born-again Christianity.

Some of us have to go offroad to get to the destination. If Beck has to cruise through Catholcism, Mormonism, and then Buddhism to get there, God bless him.

He's got a reserved parking space.

My FRiend, you have *nailed* it.

I find is such a joyous, rare occasion when I finally meet someone else who "get's it" in these terms.

Ever considered a job in metaphysical apologetics?

Hey Quix, I found another one!

:-)

You are kind. But I pinged a fewe folks whom I thought would pergaps discuss the nuances of the stuff I wrote about. I was all ready to use another analogy to illustrate the stepping ‘sideways’ from a temporal perspective, but apparently I wrote too long a post. Now I should ‘get back up on the porch’ and take to the rocker and stay out of the way so the ‘big dogs can run’. If I ever try to get it published, all this ‘stuff’ is in a book I’m still writing.

“Sure Gandhi was great for dealing with issues in India”

Gandhi got his ass handed to him. It wasn’t until the people took up arms, for a variety of reasons, that England found the keeping of India not worth it. England was going through a rough patch itself and let India go. It has been a series of leftists that hold Gandhi up as the person that freed India using non-violence. That is utter nonsense and fails to recognize those that gave their lives to freedom. Gandhi had little, if anything, to do with it.

I enjoyed your explanation and how you perceive to explain the realities of God’s being, most people have not considered things in that reality to even have an opinion..
While I find delight and have considered in my heart what was said, I still know the Father and Jesus are one, yet different..each retaining their individuality while also being one in the life, the Holy Spirit to me is the thought wave traveling through the being of God, the communicator without the spoken word being made manifest as word to creation has been understood from the beginning. This is why Christ said it is not what enters the body which defiles us it is what comes out..because in reality, God is our life and the life in all through Christ who spoke all into existence, as was learned by Christ from God..So as God and Christ communicate it reavels through all things creating and enlightening those who begin to hear..having been made one in Christ. This celestial conversation is made manifest to us through the Holy Spirit.

Jesus focused Philip’s attention upon this same problem in John Chapter fourteen, where Jesus told Philip (paraphrasing), ‘If you’ve seen me you’ve seen the Father, because all you can see of the Father is what you see in me, for I am in the Father and the Father in me.’ Literally, what Jesus was teaching Philip was that human limits in dimensional sensing allow Philip to see only the amount of The Father that is in Jesus.

I think that what Jesus was teaching Philip was that the world had never seen the Father, as Christ was the creator by God’s will.. I believe the times Christ spoke as the Father was because in reality it is God who in dwells within Him, so we hear him as Christ, as the Father, and as a man depending on the tuning of our souls at that moment..Christ said call no one good but the Father, yet said when asked to show others the Father, do you not know me, a distinct separation in character and purpose, yet one in life, inseperable, eternally one..

Einstein said if you shine a light into space it comes back to you, because the alpha is the Omega, and the end is the beginning, a there was a new earth and a new Heaven..etc..
Peace to you in Christ..

And rightfully should, however, Islam is a form of government as well and should not be allowed to grow in a constitutional republic.., but thats my opinion..

Works for me.

LOL.

Yeah, MHGinTN has probably been a very bright one all his (I think he, IIRC), life.

I think your analogies are quite apt.

And, understanding is better than not understanding, imho.

However, that and $12 MIGHT get a cup of coffee.

And probably the flatlanders in OThuga’s cliques always were/are terminally ignorant as flatlanders and would certainly have nothing to wrap around the level of understanding MHGinTN has.

LOL.

Your flattery is duly noted for the errors therein. But thamks.

I bought a bag of coffee beans today, 100% Arabica, Eight O'clock dark roast ... $11.86. I intend to keep swilling coffee for as long as God allows it, or O'thuggo outlaws it. Thanks for reading the too long post, my FRiend.

No sweat. I love your mind.

IIRC, you have a pretty neat heart, too.

It’s niggling at me. Are you male or female! LOL. Sigh.

I'm a sixty-five years done male, live alone with two aging cats, and no longer play golf or tennis. [Come to think of it, my chess game is pretty much fini, also.]

Thought you were male. You are 2 years ahead of me.

You might like the half game of Chinese chess Joya and I play. Pieces are randomized plastic discs upside down and hidden at the start on a 4 X 8 board—half the regular board.

Not near as much work yet more fun, imho, than the full game. The full game is a lot like western Chess.

The full game is available on the net. Not the half game.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON, BRO???

I remember them saying that there will come a time that they will have to “leave”. No real warning or reason being given for this. I read on another site that someone emailed Clif and asked if all was well and he responded with No, and that he cannot elaborate.

Thank you oh so very much for those wonderfully illuminating descriptions, dear brother in Christ!

Truly, we mere mortals are very limited in our mental and sensory perception to four dimensions, three of space and one of time. I believe this limitation is according to God's will for us.

If we were able to perceive in four spatial dimensions and one of time, we'd be able to remove the contents of a box without opening it. And if we were able to perceive in three spatial dimensions and two of time, we'd be able to see into the past and future and change things affecting the continuum in any direction.

[Actually, on a technical note, we never perceive in the present due to the lag time between physical perception and cognition. But that's splitting hairs...]
