Thanks FRiend. He’s still comfortable, purring, eating well (in fact he has gained a little weight — about a pound — since I started feeding him whenever he asks for food), playing, and on good days, he races around like a kitten. He loves to sit on my lap, get a good scritching and petting and tummy rubbing, and then sleep for a half-hour or so. I’m thankful for every moment with him, for he is MY Rocket. He’s the only cat I’ve ever had who has never bitten or scratched me on purpose, not even once, in the 13 years we’ve had him. He is a little angel, and I love him with all my heart; I know you understand.
