I have no doubt that this began with all types of vague promises of riches to come for her cooperation; I also have no doubt that this was cooked up by Allred and members of Brown’s election campaign.
Exactly. It appears it’s a states right to ignore law. Not so when it comes to enforcement.

They either coerced her, or offered her a bribe above and beyond what they are demanding from Whitman.
It makes no sense otherwise. Diaz has nothing to gain from this.

Why didn’t you ask her about DHS’ recent “backdoor amnesty” policy to dismiss thousands of deportation cases against suspected illegal immigrants.
Her lame justification is: “This is hardly amnesty; those individuals who have been convicted of more than two felonies within a six month period could still possibly face a hearing and maybe even deportation,” said Napolitano.
Do you believe this? They have to commit 3 or more felonies in a 6 month period and then they can POSSIBLY face a hearing and MAYBE deportation.

Whether intentional or not, Greta set Alred up for Greta's interview with the director of ICE later in the show. He said his office was investigating Nicky Diaz. He acknowledged that his office had never heard of Diaz until Alred and Brown put her in the limelight. Nothing may come of this but Whitman has a good sound bite proving that Alred threw Diaz to the wolves for he own aggrandizement.
Nappy knows exactly what to do. Kick her ass out of the country. But the colored guy occupying (by force of unenforced Constitutional provisions) the White House WILL NOT LET HER.
So...where are the FEDS?

He asked the right questions in this clip. What he does with the rest of his crappy show is his affair. And yours, apparently.
You should find something better to do when his show is on.
If Whitman is smart, she’ll not use anything associated with the Diaz matter.
I’ll have a heart attack if the feds do anything to Diaz beyond typing up a few reports.
The beauty of this is in the end the one who will look the worst is Alred. I doubt she’ll ever get this stink off her.

The income reported by the false IRS filing will be used to calculate the taxes for the SS # owner.
That will put the real owner into a higher tax bracket and result in more tax to be paid by the SS # owner.
Also possible penalties and interest for underpayment.
Could also be prosecuted for filing "false" report.
As an illegal alien, Sobbing Nikki is above the law and will run for politcal office one day . .

I have heard that it was her sisters SS card which leads me to think that she had her sisters permission. I wonder what the charge is for knowingly providing your card to a person for a criminal act.
That’s my point. In all likliehood, Brown is behind Nicky’s little “coming out.”
I noticed that brown didn’t deny the charge during the last debate. Hopefully Cooley will be elected attorney general and go after the girl allred and brown. Would be nice.

Not sure she’s even qualified for a housekeeper position.
If anything, Allred needs to be disbarred. Brown should be too, and little Ms. Nicky put on trial for SS fraud.
This is known as identity theft, and the IRS will go after the person whos SSN Niki used for under reporting of income, back taxes, and penalties. The IRS is not known to be forgiving of the victims if identity theft.

Note that Diaz's lawyer Gloria Allred, filed a complaint with a Cali agency for non-payment of mileage.
She has not taken this case to court.
That's b/c a lawyer has to come to court with "clean hands." That means no crimes were committed when a lawyer appears at the bar of justice seeking jurisprudence for a client.
