Obamacare Lawsuit Needs Your Help

Right now the Judge for the Obamacare lawsuit has received all the arguments regarding the Defendants motion to dismiss and we are waiting for a hearing date. By the way, you are welcome to call the court at (423) 752-5200 and ask when the hearing will be held for case number 1:10-CV-71. Since Congress rewrote the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, courts have no obligation to set a timely hearing.

Meanwhile, we know that more than 28,536 Americans that are currently in the class action want this case to move forward. So we are seeking your feedback on what we can do to increase the number of plaintiffs in our case before the Judge rules. Wouldn’t you like for Van to go into court saying that there are now more than 100,000 American plaintiffs?

Signing onto the OCA requires little more than signing a petition. Once someone has put their name on the suit, they don’t have to participate in any other way. Plaintiffs are welcome to come to court with Van, but aren’t required to. However, having tens of thousands of people across America behind Van in court by being a plaintiff is powerful. What we are doing is historic – never before have tens of thousands of Americans joined together in this way to fight a Constitutional lawsuit in Federal court. We believe more Americans would like to take part if they knew about the opportunity.

Many Americans are frustrated with the courts not forcing the Federal government to follow the Constitution. Well, this is our chance to “march on the court” and demand that the court enforce the Constitution too.

So here are some ideas we would like your feedback on, as well as seek your ideas.

Finally, I would like to get feedback from Tanning Salon owners. It has now been a couple months since the 10% Tan Tax was implemented. Can anyone provide stats comparing their before and after July 1 revenue and/or number of customers?

Lawsuits can be slow going, but these next couple months are critical if we are to avoid the case being dismissed. Please continue to spread the word about what we are doing and pray for our success. We will keep building steam as we go forward.
