Diet Pepsi.

Yeah, I know...that’s a weird snack. I practically live on the stuff, though (I’m good for 6-8 cans a day).

If I’ve really got the munchies, I’ll have a slice of sharp cheddar to go with it.

Add broken up Oreos to Blue Bell chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and Diet 7-Up.

Blue Bell is really big in Texas and it’s pretty good, but not really any better than Tillamook Creamery in Oregon.

It is great. You need to go get some. I am first thing in the morning.

That is pretty close to what I have too. It usually is at 10 or 11 P.M. instead of midnight. I usually need something on my stomach which is light. Often it will be a Klondike bar or one of the snack cakes or similar pastries by several different makers. If I then want something salty, it will either be cheese crackers or a few Lays brand of Pringles like chips.

Extra sharp cheddar cheese and peproncini peppers use to chase it with a Corona into which I would pour a splash of Margarita mix or Limon Rum. Slept like a baby!
