Okay, let’s start with the baby steps…and see how they do.
Let’s begin with common sense, a sound, qualifiable, truthful and credible curriculum, credible and capable instruction, regimented discipline and focusing upon competitive pro-American exceptionalism.
Once the schools can produce educated and capable graduates we can then maybe try a few new things; until that happens we should move to a voucher system and choice which is not tied to socialistic and fascist government education.

Longer school years for indoctrination by the left?? Exactly how many class hours are REQUIRED to become proficient in putting a condom on a cucumber, Hussein?? Then again, kids could probably learn LOTS of those MMM, MMM, MMM Barak Hussein Obama songs in year-round settings, couldn’t they Barry!!
Keep those kids away from their rotten parents, crummy family trips, and useless time spent with Mom and Dad.

True that. It’s hard for working Dads, even in intact non-divorced families to spend time with the kids. Summer is the best time there. Every good thing from my youth they want to end. Family. Christmas. Family vacations.
It is TIME to DownSize DC!
Eliminate entire Departments! (Starting with the Department of Education)
Force Congress and the Senate to telecommute most of the year, from their district, under the thumb of the electorate and away from the lobbyists. Can you imagine the operating cost savings? And it would completely change the center-of-gravity of the federal government.
This is the only way out of this mess with out of control federal government, taxes and the budget. With a sharp knife.
IT IS TIME!
Agree. The Tourism industry is huge in a lot of states and communities. Michigan comes to mind.
