BRITS DISCOURAGED BUGGERY ON THE HIGH SEAS.

"Discouraged" may be too light a word. According the the Articles of War active in the English Navy from about 1780 up until sometime around 1860..."buggery" was punishable by death.

So should it be today....in any branch of the US Military.

Now THAT'S discouragement!
