Look, just because it's written that way doesn't mean it gets read that way. This country is filled to the brim with people highly skilled at turning rules into whatever they imagine them to be.

The Leftwingtards who come up with these schemes live in some sort of drug induced dreamland. They simply don't imagine that people would wipe their butts with those rules and go on about their business just as if the rules, and the leftwingtards, didn't really exist, but that's how it's done.

What people need to understand is that when these marxists speak of things like the great lakes, they aren't talking about the large bodies of water alone. They're talking about the watershed including marshes, swamps, steams, and aquifers.
