Enviromentalism’s number one objective is to destroy capitalism and freedom. However, like everything else the freaks do, this is going to backfire on them. Destroying freedom and capitalism is only going to destroy the enviroment. Rich, capitalist nations are always the cleanest nations.

Most Americans want the government to take a common sense approach to protecting the environment.

But only if it's the State government!

What is the sense of having an EPA on the federal level and then duplicating effort with one at the state level? Decapitate the federales!

Here they talk about disturbing plants, good grief, what about disturbing citizens to the point of their entire livlihoods lost. I was shocked by the photos and reports that the the park service is killing off preditors and setting traps for the sake of these birds. I think the people there are right - the Audubon wants to turn it into a bird sanctuary and run everyone out. How very troubling.

“Access to the seashore has been particularly contentious ever since the Park Service was sued by Defenders of Wildlife and the National Audubon Society for failing to have a formal ORV management plan. While seashore officials are trying to finalize such a plan now, they have been managing ORV access to the beaches under a court-ordered consent decree. That decree mandates “that if a confirmed deliberate act that disturbs or harasses wildlife or vandalizes fencing, nests, or plants occurs, the National Park Service (NPS) shall automatically expand the buffers.”

As a result of that mandate, the Park Service had not alternative but to close Ramp 45.

“The expansion will remain in effect until shorebirds have finished using the respective areas for breeding activities,” the agency said.’

We know it is not about the environment for if it was there would be an international plan to deal with the most polluted cities in the world. Bing or Google 10 most polluted cities.
Here is a old list from the smarmy Time Mag:
# Linfen, China
# Tianying, China
# Sukinda, India
# Vapi, India
# La Oroya, Peru
# Dzerzhinsk, Russia
# Norilsk, Russia
# Chernobyl, Ukraine
# Sumgayit, Azerbaijan
# Kabwe, Zambia

The real reason for the environmental hoaxes is to steal the wealth of America and Western Europe and dispense to the rest of the world via the U.N. To the rest of the world get up off your ass and do something with your life. Because we have a dollar that doesn’t prevent you in any way from earning your own living. Primitive people are that way for a reason.

I’m betting the Hatteras problem has followed the script perfected by Carol Browner when she was Clinton’s EPA head. To conspire with Big Green to have them file suit demanding that such-and-such be done. Then lose the suit and do as they demand, paying their legal fees with a wink and a grin.

Same script that many local governments and school boards follow with ACLU lawsuits, secretly invite them to file suit against you so you can “lose” to them and be “forced” to do something you could never get away with through legislative or executive action.

Among the revelations in the wake of the fall of the USSR was how hard on the environment communism is. Government is the worst of landlords. Government is answerable to no one.

Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, Milton Friedman, et al explained in detail how when nobody owns the land, water and other resources nobody has an incentive to use them wisely.

I concur that most sensible Americans believe in taking care of the environment but Big Green has gotten so bad that every time they make a fuss over some issue I automatically assume their intentions are to further their own power and influence and restrict our freedom to live as we please rather than actually to preserve the environment and safeguard our health.
