Newspaper Ignores Story of Demonstrators With Nazi Signs From Local Congresswoman's Campaign Office

Joliet, Illinois must be a community absolutely bursting with newsworthy events. Why? Because the Herald-News newspaper in that city was (conveniently) unable to cover a local news story that has become a sizzling hot topic in the blogosphere. All one has to do is enter the name of the Illinois 11th Congressional District Congresswoman, Debbie Halvorson, into Google Blog Search and you will get results chock full of a shocking incident a few days ago, including this video. The Frugal Café Blog Zone, which is but one of many sites covering this, explains:

Would MSNBC or CNN have featured this shocking story if the vile protesters at the Nazi-themed protest were CONSERVATIVES or REPUBLICANS or if left-wing extremists had dressed up like Nazis and crashed a tea party posing as conservatives or Republicans? Why do you even ask? Of course they would.

When interviewed in the video below, these anti-conservative protesters in Joliet, outside Chicago — proudly carrying Nazi-esque signs slamming GOP congressional opponent Adam Kinzinger and other well-known conservatives, like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin — denied several times being there in support of, or affiliated with, Democrat Rep. Debbie Halvorson. Congresswoman Halvorson is running against Kinzinger in the November election.

...Much later, these bogus grassroots protesters were videotaped returning to the congresswoman’s campaign office in the dark of night. Obviously, they’re part of the liberal congresswoman’s camp. Unless Halvorson had NO IDEA that these left-wing extremist folks had her campaign office keys and gained access to her office. They look pretty darned cozy in there in the video with Julie Merz, Halvorson’s campaign manager.

Halvorson is using these DESPERATE tactics because she is way behind in the polls. Meanwhile the local newspaper is providing cover for her by looking the other way on this story that has heated up the blogosphere.

I don’t get their strategy. Were they supposed to be playing the reverse angle, or were they just openly calling Beck, etc. Nazis?

Well now that Beck and Palin are to some extent community organizers for conservatives/libertarians/people of faith isn’t if funny how they are now compared to Hitler and Nazis?

Didn’t the left have a slogan on bumper stickers and t-shirts back in 2008 saying, “Jesus was a community organizer, Pilot was a Governor”?

How the table has now changed, and they CAN’T handle it.

Cisco Cotto was discussing this on WLS Friday morning.
He invited his listeners to also go to his WLS webpage and see the video for themselves. The offending Congresscritter has no further comment since the video evidence has been made public.

Rule one, dems lie.
They lie easily and without remorse.
They can do this because they already approve of the slaughter of innocent not yet born Americans, and nothing is worse than that. Lying is easy after they like abortion.

I once took a bunch of pictures from a very “well-covered” protest against Bush-41. I showed the pictures to people that saw it on TV and they were shocked. They were led to believe that the protesters were just average suburban families with 2.5 kids and front lawn. Being from a large college myself, I was not at all surprised by the protesters...but my coworkers had NO CLUE and unless they saw the pictures, would still have no clue.

I live in Joliet and this is the first I’ve heard about this. Too bad I didn’t know about it. I would have caused them to riot!

These people denied they were working for Halvorsen, but if you wave this sign around in Joliet, Illinois, you are identifying yourself pretty clearly. It figures that the moron who organized this was imported from Missouri. This story needs to stick around until she loses in shame and ignominy.

It is questionable what these guys were up to ~ but, as I pointed out earlier last evening in response to Glenn Beck's request that the TEA Party folks dispense with the "homemade signs", the Democrat disrupters here were using UNION PRINTED SIGNS.

Remember, the Democrats are so in bed with the printer's unions that even when they need a hand drawn sign they must have it printed in a union shop.

Someone who knows Glenn real well might want to take this video, my note, and shove them down his throat until he figures it out.

He's kinda' slow sometimes ya' know.
