in our case they took the info from travelocity. Travelocity knows about it and terminated the relationship.

That sounds like a good reason to avoid Travelocity. I'm thinking that it almost has to be a violation of some provision in Travelocity's privacy policy.

I pulled the CC info off the site, but I must admit they were aware of the situation and had terminated the relationship. By the way it looks like Vistaprint had a relationship with them as well.
