Don’t bother wasting your time and energy with psychoanalysis and don’t waste your breath telling us that it’s wrong, wrong, wrong. That’s established. The question is: what are we gonna’ do about it?
So long as the school administrators in these instances can get off with a bit of public embarrassment and maybe a wrist slap or two, at worst, they will keep doing it.
The standard defence public school administrators have to outraged parents in incidents such as these is basically: “So what? sue the school district and you’ll be suing yourselves”. I’d like to hear from the more legally-minded what the most effective approach would be in these instances, because s**t like this is happening all the time across the country and the good guys need a playbook.
I’m not a legal eagle but perhaps suing individual teachers and administrators is the way to go?
Forget about suing. And don’t be distracted by the wrong strategies, like suing.
The way to go is the ballot box.
Donate to constitutionalist candidates. Elect O’Donnell, Angle, West and other constitutionalists. Palin 2012.
Then we dismantle and defund. Goodbye Department of Education. Goodbye NEA. Goodbye entrenched bureaucrats.
Hello constitutionalist judges.
