Well, if you have ever gone on a three mile run with a stopped up nose, you know that very shortly into the exercise, your nose starts to run (unclog) and usually will completely clear up by the time you are done. It is the ULTIMATE antihistamine - LOL! Although, it will quickly refill if you have a cold or allergies - all you have to do is RUN everywhere and it will clear right back up - LOL!

I never noticed that. I guess the next time I get a cold, I'm going to have to go running. I just hope it clears up quickly, because I'm not sure how far I can run anymore.

At my current age and in my current condition, I can run down to the local store and get a cheap antihistamine. Of course, I probably wouldn't feel so old (and be in my current condition) if I went back to my Marine Corps ways!
